Conditions of access
Being a graduate holder in the areas of Accounting, Economics, Finance or Management, or of legal equivalent considered by the Scientific Council appropriate to the frequency of the course.
Objectives
This course aims at scientific and professional development in corporate finance, having as more significant goals:
Provide sound and current training that allows the future master an effective acting in different contexts and positions of business financial management;

Prepare the master's degree for the exercise of financial analyst professions and autonomous consultant, in the optics taken by the Securities Market Commission;

Foster the use of financial methods, techniques and instruments, which enable the mestranks to use their knowledge in an integrated way in the production, evaluation or use of economic, financial information statistical or other, with a view to managing investments or heritage, portfolio management, financial advice or the exercise of related activities;

Developing decision-making, communication and sociopolitical abilities, as well as the ability to understand and evaluate complex situations;

Contributing to the advanced teaching of higher education lecturers, in the area of accounting and management, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
